Ah well, when you buy like 8 or 9 bags full of stuff, it'd be a little hard to fit it into a backpack, I would actually need about 2 duffel bags to fit all my stuff that I bought at Fanime Con last year. And yes hentai is rather pointless when you really think about it, as is porn in general, I just find yaoi to be funny, and since none of it is actually real, I suppose I just don't get offended by it, although you would find very few men who might think the same way. And yes, that pic did take a very long time, I would probably have been able to do it in around 4 hours if I still had my tablet and if I had left the line art in pencil instead of using the pen tool to do the line art in, although I seem to be rather unable of using the pen tool with a mouse, I was rather surprised that I could get the line art so clean with just the mouse and the pencil tool, but I use skeletons in all my drawings and this one was no different. And I would have to agree on drawing the character you can draw best the most, usually I can draw my friends' favorite characters better than my own favorite, but for once, in the some 150 or so animes that I've seen and drawn out of and out of all my favorite characters, I can draw Cougar the best, Kazuma second, and I can't draw Ryuho at all, or at least I don't think I can, I probably could, but nobody I know likes him, and I don't at all, so there isn't much incentive to draw him. On another note, I don't know when I'll be getting around to drawing Scryed fanart again, with my tablet broken and now since I have no idea when I'm getting a new one, I'm a bit limited in what I can do. I can draw on paper easy enough but I've been going through a small artist's block to where I can't focus enough to draw poses for characters. The only thing I have been able to draw are head shots of my favorite character from the game Kingdom Hearts 2, which I have been completely enthralled in since I got it last week. It's an incredibly beautiful game, best I've played in about.....7 years? Maybe 8? But after I get done with that I'll get back at drawing more Scryed fanart, there's still a few ideas I have floating around, and although I would rather do them on my computer in Photoshop, I can always put a rough version down on paper. This was the last thing that I drew of Scryed, and it's all Cougar again, I want to draw more of Kazuma, maybe a head shot page someday.... img.photobucket.com/albums/v222/orochimaru-chan/Scan10045.jpg

Yay, filler art! And yay for shower scenes. The rubber ducky is love. As are Cougar and Kazuma. But not Ryuhou, for he is Ryuhou and therefore a moldy egghead.
Even if you have other stuff to do first, you should still color it ^.^
I want it to be con season, too. If only because con season = summer and summer = no school.

Shower scenes certainly are nice, and public bathhouses make for good and easy fodder in fan scenes.
You know Cougar would so totally have a rubber duck in his bathtub, he just seems like the type.
I honestly don't like Ryuho much, but I wanted to use him for that pose, plus, his hair is the easiest to draw when wet, since it is already flat.
Summer holds no means for me right now, I didn't go back to school this semester, mostly due to me moving. So, technically, I've been on a summer break since the end of December.

I could actually more see Cougar with a framed photo of Mimori next to his bathtub. He'd probably talk to it ^.^ But he probably has a ducky, too Tachibana has the same basic haircut, and isn't a moldy egghead. Why don't you draw him instead? ^.^ No fair -.- I don't get out for another month. Ugh.

Considering that I seem to be the only female Cougar fan who isn't also a Cougar x Mimori pusher, I'll just stick with the rubber ducky.
I actually dislike Tachibana more than Ryuho, he just urks me in a weird way, and I still can't get over how his design is just a clone of Ryuho's, but with different eyes.
Being out of school is nice, but there's nothing to really do so I get bored a lot. Also Fanime Con is this weekend, so I'll be gone for around a week starting Wednesday.

Not true! I also love Cougar, but Cougar X Mimori just isn't my cup of tea. I prefer RyuMim...
Tachibana's cute! Ryuhou is the irksome one. Besides, how do you know Ryuhou isn't secretly the clone? Nyeh. But I also like the E8 a lot more than Zetsuei. Far more elegant, and a lot more creative. The robot thing is so overdone... ...Nevermind that I'm somewhat biased towards people named Asuka.
I should also mention that my flute's name is Mr. Tachibana. My old flute is named Mr. Kimishima.
And enjoy Fanime! Buy lots of cool stuff ^.^
PS: Like the new avatar. And is that a Mew plushie at the bottom of your sig?

I honestly don't want to draw Ryuho or Tachibana, so I just stick with Cougar yes. He's really easy for me to draw for some reason, and I draw Kazuma as well, as soon as I figure out how to draw his hair when it's spiked up again, I forgot how to, shame on me.....
The next hamster I get I'm going to name Cougar.
And I did enjoy Fanime and got cool stuff, like a big Koopa Troopa plushie.
I like my new avatar too, it makes me feel all fluffy because the characters inside my head are all fluffy now. I feel cliche again.
Yes, that is a Mew plushie, right next to the Prinny and the Moogle.

I suppose it is up to you ^.^ I've never been able to draw Kazuma's hair, though (partially because I never actually tried - my fear of mangling my favorite pishie was too great), so you shouldn't be too upset over it ^.^
Get a gerbil instead. Gerbils are so cool. They're like little mini chinchillas. And they have long fuzzy tails, which hamsters do not possess. I like the tails of gerbils.
That would be cooler if I knew what a Koopa Troopa was 0.o Glad you had fun, though. Cliche is okay, so long as its not overbearingly obnoxious.
The Mew plushie owns. I'm a sucker for Dratinis and Mews. I don't suppose you have a Dratini plushie, too? ...heh. Moogle. I always thought that was so funny-sounding a name.

I like hamsters, I also don't know any place that would sell gerbils, also my mom is not overly fond of rodents, or more specifically, she hates anything small with a tail that's longer than an inch. Which is why all I have is a hamster and 4 rabbits, although rabbits aren't rodents anyway. Koopa Troopa's are the green shelled turtles out of the Super Mario universe. They basically look like this: img.photobucket.com/albums/v222/orochimaru-chan/920787_20060509_screen024.jpgMine doesn't have shoes though, and stands on all fours. Some of it's cliche, but now it's just a lot of fluffy, fuzzy, romantic stuff, my mind has gone to cute mode........oh snap.......... Yes, I love my my Mew plushie, I want to get this other one too, but it's $35 and there are more important things to buy. I'm not sure I've ever really seen a Dratini plushie, I think some little ones, but not a big one that's at least a foot in length like my Mew plushie. Moogle is a funny name, but they are funny little creatures that float around and say 'kupo' all the time. At least your not afraid of them like my friend is, which is why it was so much fun for me when I bought my Moogle plushie at Fanime last year and then chased her around with it.

I could have sworn rabbits were rodents... ah, well, such is life. Gerbils are like mini chinchillas, though - they have the cutest tails!
Oh, one of the turtle things! I've seen those before!
Cute mode is better than rotting in a pit of despair, at least. Heck, what am I saying, I suck at thinking optimistically. Nyeh...
Yeah, well, Dratini isn't as popular as Mew. I always thought they were the cutest, though. Maybe I should just make myself a Dratini plushie... it can't be that hard 0.o' Mew is cute, though.
There are so many things scarier than Moogles.

Dragonairs are far cuter than any of the Pokemon you are discussing. They're a lovely shade of blue, they have the cutest eyes, a pretty tail, and, above all, they're dragons. What more could you ask for?

I thought rabbits were too, but apparently they belong to a different family so they aren't.
It was actually cute mode that brought us out of a pit of despair, but anyway, I suck at being optimistic too.
There are a lot of obscure pokemon that aren't as popular as Mew, but then again Mew got it's own movie so it's not really playing fair. There are only a couple other pokemon that I really like, and I think they're from the newer batches of pokemon.
Yes, there are a lot scarier things than Moogles, but I still like scaring my friend with mine.

Huh. funky.
I actually hate the newer batches. I refuse to even aknowledge anything past Celebi (#251+), so...yeah

Considering that I didn't play any of the pokemon games between yellow and emerald, I'm not overly familiar with the second batch of pokemon. In fact the only time I've ever seen them is in the anime, which I still don't understand why it's still going. I do like Houndour and Houndoom though and the other Eevee evolutions. But the first 151 were the only real good ones though.

The only one I play is Gold ^.^ I have Yellow and Crystal, too, for Pokedex completion purposes, but I only ever play Gold. Actually, I have like 890 hours on that game, now. It frightens people.
The anime is still going?? 0.o Wow. But it was so cheesy! And then there were the ridiculous name changes and the silly still-frame animation and... okay, actually, Team Rocket was awesome ^.^ Their blasting off was unoriginal, though.
Eh, you're probably right in saying the first 151 were theonly good ones (overall, at least), but I don't mind the next hundred so much - it's the ones after 251 that really get to me.

I have the original Red, Blue and Yellow back when they came out when I was in Junior High, but then I never got around to playing the others. I think I tried playing Gold or Silver on a rom, but it was in Japanese and back then I wasn't very good at navigating through Japanese games. The only reason I have Emerald is because I wanted to play a new game that it just mind numbingly repetitive that I could play it for hours and not actually get bored. And after a lot of thought about what game I could get that is like that, I came to the conclusion that a pokemon game would be perfect. And after playing the game, it is exactly what I was hoping for. I've heard about the many hours on that game, but to be fair, if I only had one game for like 6 years, I'd play it a lot too.
Yes, that anime is STILL going, and going and going and going. And after the first season, it just repeats itself. New pokemon and a new area, but that's it, same plot every single season. The only time it ever changed was when there was a season based off the Gold and Silver main character, since the main character does change in the games, and Ash has different clothes now, finally. Team Rocket is awesome, and the only good thing in that show, but they still blast off in almost every single episode, still. I have no idea why this show is still going , it's got like over 400 episodes or something now if you combine all the seasons.
The only reason the first 151 were the best is because they actually tried with them, actually put thought into it and all. The other 2 sets just seemed so half-witted compared to the first set.

I tried playing a friend's version of Emerald once, but I didn't like it as much as Gold. I also had a half-Japanese half-English rom of Ruby, but I gave up on it after awhile. I couldn't figure it out, what with all the random intermingling letters and characters. And the graphics in anything before Gold/Silver are atrocious.
The games as a whole, though, tend to bore me to sleep if I play them long enough. Literally. I use my Gold version as a sleep-inducer when I'm suffering from insomnia.
The only good thing about having one game for so many years is that I've nearly completed the Pokedex ^.^ I have 235 out of 251, and I'm mostly missing things that evolve with stones/trades, which I'm working on in Crystal. Except I lost my link cable, so I'm kinda screwed.
Oh...dear. I have to agree about the plot (plot? what plot?), it's possibly more redundant than DBZ (which is my classic example of redundancy in anime. I do hate redundancy). Whoa. Ash changed his clothes? It only took him like three seasons -.-' Actually, I named the little guy on my Gold version Ash, just because I didn't know what to call him. I'm regretting it now, though. I should have named him something cooler.
Team Rocket needs to stop blasting off. They're gonna get hurt one of these days.
I dunno. I think they tried with the next 100, too - but they really fizzled out after that, IMO. A lot of the 152-251 are cute, though. Or cool, I suppose - you can't really call Tyranitar cute, but I still like them ^.^' I mean, sure, they had some screwups (Smoochum, Sunkern, and Corsola, for example), but it wasn't a bad set overall.

You play enough Japanese games and you get used to how to play them, I think I've played around 30 different games in Japanese, most of which were roms, but my playstation and playstation 2 are both modded so I have a few games for those too. The best thing about handhelds is that they aren't region protected, so you can play Japanese or even European games on an American system.
That's kind of the reason why I bought Emerald, it's a good time waster. I can just sit and play it mindlessly for hours.
While DBZ is rather redundant in that it goes back and forth with the training and then the fighting and then training again and so forth, at least DBZ seemed to change in each episode, and the main character changed too. Pokemon, not so much, almost every episode is exactly the same, Ash meets either pokemon, or a trainer with pokemon, turns out they love pokemon too, a problem arises usually involving a pokemon in danger, team rocket usually arrives and tries to steal pikachu....again, they get blasted off and the other problem gets solved, then Ash and friends leave, something about friends, Ash may or may not have battled in the episode.
Ash's real name is Satoshi, I don't know if it's cooler though.

Eh, maybe, but I would still have issues with the inability to read anything. The only games in Japanese I've played all the way through are the two Zoids Saga games, and I only pulled that off with a really detailed walkthrough.
Eh, maybe, but in the end, the plot is very redundant in both of them. That's why I like series like s-CRY-ed, Bleach, or things like them - the plot changes, there's a lot of character development (of the sort that does not involve developing muscles o.0), and something different happens in each episode/arc.
I know. As far as I'm concerned, Satoshi is a lot better.
