Very, very nice ^.^ I love the way you shade, and your drawing style is very unique. That, and you win at life for drawing Kazuma shirtless, even if he is a little off-proportioned. Keep up the awesome work!
PS: Would you mind if I put these up in Drastic's fan art section? We need some more good fan art. No problem if you don't want to let me, though...

As long as I get credit I don't really mind, I have other Scryed pics I'm working on too, I can post those here when I get done with them.

Oh, absolutely, I always credit ^.^ A link to your DA account will go right next to your name. Although I'll have to wait until my computer is fixed to put it up (this is a comp. at the local library), my hard drive fried last night -.-'
I'd love to see your other pics when they're finished!

My tablet's broken right now and I don't know when it'll get fixed or when I'll get a new one, hopefully by next week. Drawing with a mouse is such a mind-numbing experience..........I need to go to the store and buy some jam now............... Cougar www.deviantart.com/deviation/26999519/

I don't know if jam will solve your problems, but your situation's probably giving you a new appreciation for people who don't have tablets ^.^ We have to draw with mice or by hand the whole time. That said, I think Cougar looks awesome ^.^ He looks so... Cougar-ey (I want to say 'realistic,' but since Cougar isn't real to begin with, I suppose that doesn't fit...) If you're going to buy jam, though, go with raspberry. It's the best flavor, IMO. But I still don't know how it's gonna fix your tablet.

Jam isn't going to fix my tablet issue, but it's certainly going to fix my toast, and I am already well aware of drawing with a mouse, I spent a year drawing with a mouse for a computer class I had in high school, its just that it's been at least a year since I've used a mouse last, but at least I have a laser mouse to use, I used to have to use a ball mouse....
The tablet being broken just means I can't do any serious work on anything I've drawn on paper or for the most part anything else I might draw, unless I want my brain to melt out my ears....

Well, I suppose jam could definitely fix your toast... yeah. Anyway, I know from experience that brains do not melt out of ears as a result of doing serious art projects entirely by mouse. Speaking of serious projects, my new inking pens and the funny models that you can force into contortionist positions arrived today, and I have a fairly big project that I'm supposed to be doing for a friend, so I better get to it...
Ball mice are like, evil. And mice with cords attached to them should just die. Wireless laser mice are the best, especially for detail work. Ball mice just don't respond to minute changes in position as well as laser mice...

Brains may not melt from doing art projects, but I did have a severe brain numbing once from playing Kingdom Hearts for 8 hours straight in the early morning and then I went and walked out into my living room and stared directly out into an overcast morning, I had to keel back in pain from my eyes.....
And giving me a wireless mouse would probably be a bad thing since I can almost guarantee that it would be broken within a week, considering how I am with a mouse with a cord anyway.....

Oh... my. See, this is why I'm not a gamer; gamers fry their brains with their addictions Although, I spend so much time inside that daylight is often painful to my eyes... well, that and I don't have the attention span to play something for more than an hour w/o falling asleep... WIreless mice are awesome. The only problem being that if your sister gets mad at you, she can hide the mouse, which is annoying. Still, I think the cord gets in the way of CG to an extent...

You can get the same effect from anime watching, particularly at conventions since they keep the viewing rooms dark, and then you have to go out into the hallways that are brightly lit, gah, or when you watch a lot of anime all at once, when I got my Scryed DVDs, I sat and watched eps 1-18 in a row all night, and then the next night watched 1-18 again in a row all night, but I made my friend sit and watch them with me that time because she wouldn't stop bothering me about how Scryed woke her up the night before with psychedelic colors and bad engrish.....

I don't tend to watch anime at anime conventions, actually. Kinda, odd, but I prefer to hang around in the dealers room, meet cosplayers, take pictures of said cosplayers, recruit people for these forums, watch some of the special events, and so forth... it seems so wasteful to sit in a dark room and watch anime; I can do that at home (although I was tempted to go to the s-CRY-ed screening at the last con I attended...). Cons are so short, and they only happen once in a while, that I like to do the things that I can only do there....
That is a lot of s-CRY-ed watching o.0 Even I don't usually watch more than 1 or 2 volumes in a day... how come you watched 1-18 twice and not 19-26?

The dealer's room is your friend. It just is. I would buy just about everything in there if I had the money except the hentai doujinshi... and the hentai in general... not too fond of porn -.-'
Aww, Couger's all shy like. Cute ^.^ And very well done for not being done with a tablet. ou really like to draw Cougar, don't you? And Kazuma. I suppose it's like me and drawing Scheris...?

Yeah, I love the dealer's room, the one we have at Fanime Con is usually always really good too, I usually buy enough stuff that when I carry around the bags, they start to cut of the circulation in my hands >_>; and hentai is.....creepy, all types of it and most of the yaoi sucks.
That Cougar pic took a long time to do with just a mouse, about 3 days with working on it 3 to 4 hours each day. And Cougar is my favorite character! So obviously I'm going to draw him as much as my sanity will allow me before I go insane a start only drawing scenes out of original stories I've made. And I draw Kazuma because.....uh....well, I don't like Ryuho much and my friend likes Kazuma so hmph, I can't get the idea of him being a little brother out of my head now, I wanna ruffle his hair up >:3

This is why I don't carry bags ^.^ I bring a backpack in which to put my purchases. Although it's still difficult to wedge a wallscroll into a backpack, but at least there aren't any issues with circulation ^.^' Hentai is the only genre of anime that I collectively dismiss as pointless. I don't believe pornography is a morally proper thing to be watching. Yes, sex happens (or else none of us would exist), but that's no reason to watch depraved animated adaptations of it.
Ouch. That's a lot of time *cringes* I hate it when CG takes forever to complete. ALthough I don't agree with the part about drawing your favorite characters... Kazuma's my favorite, but I never, ever draw him because I'm afraid I'd totally mangle him in a drawing and then hate myself for it. ^.^' So I stick to characters I know I can draw fairly well (like Scheris) or characters that I don't feel bad about mangling *cough*Ryuhou*cough* Mostly Scheris, though. I have a bizarre fixation on drawing Scheris... can't quite figure out why. Maybe she's just easy to draw??
