Oh yeah, the creepy-science-evil-freak-mask-guy. Don't like him much... but Nemu's cool.
So Zaraki ends up being a somewhat cool if very single-minded guy, yes? Hmm, can't wait for Lunar (man their website has problems) to finish subbing 36... sadly I hear Ichigo and Zaraki don't fight yet, it's mostly talk. Why must they stretch out the episodes so much!? It's evil, evil I say!!!

Nemu is cool... 'specially since she saves Quincy Archer's life after Mayuri poisons him.
Zaraki is cool, but he looks creepy. Seriously, I have a feeling that small children percieve clowns to be scary in the same way that I see Zaraki Kenpachi. But I bet you're right about the talk. Actually, if you're willing to watch subs by a group other than Lunar, Bleach Society just released 36 within the past few hours... you gan get the torrent link off animesuki.com Although, I'm not familiar with their work, so the quality could be sucky, and the file seems to be downloading like a dead snail...so who knows. But it's always an option if you're interested in seeing it sooner...

Ugg... just finished downloading the Bleach Society release of 36, and it doesn't work. Not only does it not work, it causes any media player I try to open it in to shut down -_-' So, never mind what I said before. You could try it, but there seems to be some error in the file...

Worked fine for me (note: Lunar still hasn't released 36 I think...). Friend pointed out Bleach Society a few weeks ago, I try to stick with Lunar (as their files work better and they're better subbers IMO), but if Bleach Society's is available and Lunar's isn't, I just get that. What media player?
Speaking of 36... Ichigo seems quite, hmm, how to put it... screwed. He tried to slash Zaraki and his own hand started bleeding. And next episode Sado's going to fight someone, then probably the captain after that...
*lights Mayuri on fire* HaHA! THAT'S for taking Urahara-kun's job and trying to poison Ishida-kun! *cackles gleefully and runs off*

Meep. Still haven't watched it (tried DivX, Windows Media, RealPlayer, and Quicktime, none worked...), but Ichigo's inability to harm Zaraki is simply a result of the Kenpachi's spiritual pressure being so much higher than poor Ichi's - it turned his blow back on him and made his hand bleed. Did they mention that in the episode? Anyway, Lunar just released 36, so I'm downloading it now... I'll probably watch it tomorrow (tonight is Operation: Book of Richter .... don't ask. Just don't.)
Oooh! I'll help you burn Mayuri... only problem is that he has the ability to turn into some liquidy gunk and hide out if he's about to be killed... that's how he wins against Q.A. - he poisons him and then liquifies away... But Nemu saves him, so all is well. She keeps the antidote with her. Go Nemu! For a science project gone horribly wrong, she sure is awesome ^_^ now if only we could get her a longer skirt... Mayuri's a stupid loser. And he can probably extinguish fire in liquid-form, too. Although, if he's oil-based....hehehe.... oh, and did I mention that his Ban-release Zanpakutou is freaking hideous? *shudders*

Yeah, they mentioned it.
Saw what his Zanpakutou looked like, it's like a four-prong sword-thingy, isn't it? Kinda cool, but not overly impressive... I wanna see Zaraki's... and the other captains'... we need more eps of Bleach to air...

Yay. Just watched it. A little lacking in action, if you ask me, but Yachiru was awesome ^_^
And it's not the initial-release that I think is ugly, which is what you saw, - it's the Ban (second) release. Golden Ashisogi Jizou, which is the name of Mayuri's bankai zanpakutou form, is a hideous swollen ugly monstrosity that looks like it needs to be put out of its misery before it makes someone sick... and I am not joking. I have a picture of it somewhere, maybe I'll upload it if I can ever dig it up... although it's so hideously ugly that you might not want to see it...
As for Zaraki's zanpakutou, he dosn't know it's name. That means that he has no shikai or bankai form, meaning that what you saw in ep. 36 is the final form you'll be seeing of it. Additionally, that's why the edge is so ragged and chipped - he's been unable to fight with the sword, and can only fight while using it, which causes it to sustain heavy damage... But actually, that techincally means that Zaraki isn't even qualified to be a captain (you're supposed to have worked your way up to a bankai form if you take the role of captain - the only reason Zaraki is the capt. of the 11th is because he's the Kenpachi and he killed the last captain -_-' meaning that he's technically storng enough to beat a bankai zanpakutou without even releasing his own sword.
As for the other captains, I've seen most of their zanpakutou in at least the shikai stage, if not also the bankai (Hitsugaya's is awesome, btw. It's like this ice dragon thing... very cool.). But I sure wouldn't mind seeing the rest...

So, wait, there's normal, shikai, and bankai? So, let's find an example... how about Renji's. Normal sword, then fanged whip blade, then what? ...wait, since he's only a 2nd, he doesn't have a bankai form? And what I saw of Mayuri's was his, what, shikai? Same with what we've seen of Gin's? And the bankai stage is like a living thing? Then, Urahara's Benehime... do we know it's bankai form? Oh, and a friend wanted to know how the fight between Zaraki and Ichigo goes. Who wins, if it's Ichigo then how, etc.
...I hope I'm not being too annoying with all the questions...

Yeah, that's basically how it goes. Zanpakutou have a sealed form, a shikai (initial release), and a bankai (second release, and the truest form of the sword). Renji at this point does not have a bankai, but he's very close to it, and, after a little training, we'll see Zabimaru's ban-release. btw, in the very first version of the Houki Boshi ending, you can see what Zabimaru looks like... it's the funky white monkey thing behind Renji about halfway through.
What you saw of Mayuri, and most of the other captains, was all shikai. No bankai yet, sorry. As for it being a living thing, in some cases the answer to that is yes, in other cases it's no. Basically, bankai can only be achieved by materializing the true form of the sword (i.e. the Zangetsu dude himself) and forcing it into submission... or something like that, at least. I probably need to go reread the manga to refresh my memory ^_^'
As far as I know, we never see Benihime's bankai form, but I would kill to see it ^_^ It's probably something awesome.
Meep. Ichigo wins the fight with Zaraki. If they stick to the manga, Zaraki will have Ichi pretty much beat, and then Ichi will find himself inseide his head again, where Zangetsu the dude lives. And there, he shall fight with: ANTI-ICHI!!!!! And learn a thing or two from Zangetsu and then wake up and no time passes and then he beats up Zaraki. But mostly, it's all about the ANTI-ICHI!!!!!
Anti-Ichi kicks butt. That's all I have to say.

"Nanao-chan! You can stop now! Nanao-chaaaaaaaaaaaaan! *gets rose petals dumped on head, followed by the basket*"
Great episode, but Sado should REALLY have realized that if the guys keeps dodging, he should probably attack the area, rather than the opponent. With the damage Sado's attacks were doing, if he were to aim at the ground near his foe's feet, the resulting explosion would have been hard to avoid and done decent damage... but no, instead he was quite owned... oh well. Just my opinion...
Anyway, that was a cool fight... but no shikai form... *sniffle*

That was a great scene... but it was better in the manga; Nanao yelled at him more ^_^
Yeah, Chad's a bit blockheaded sometimes. But even that tactic might not have worked because Shunsui is so darn fast...
Oh, and Shunsui has a really cool shikai... he and Ukitake, the 13th's captain (AKA Rukia's boss) are the only two shinigami whose Zanpakutou come in pairs (you saw Shunsui's two swords in the fight with Chad, but the shikai's a lot more interesting).

What rank was Rukia when she ran? We have yet to find that out...
We need to see some bankai forms! The shikai's important, but summoning a funky white monkey thing or an ice dragon sounds really cool... but no, that's like 10 or more eps off... hopefully we'll have seen a bankai by the end of summer...

They never tell us what Rukia's rank is, although we do find out that when she first joined the 13th, she was an unseated officer, so it's possible that over all those years she never climbed up the ladder... but that is unlikely.
funky white monkey thing ... hah... but yeah, we are a ways off from seeing a bankai. On the other hand, Zabimaru's funky monkey form does show up before Renji reaches bankai-level, and that probably isn't too far away. On the other hand, the fight between Ichi and Zaraki is pretty long, so it might take a few eps... so who knows...
Oh, and Hitsugaya's ban release is a heck of a lot more than just 10 eps. off...

Meep! Bleach 38 'twas amusing. And there was an Ukitake ending! I like Ukitake a lot. But not as much as Ichi. Or Kisuke. Or Kisuke's hat. Which is God. But Ukitake has pretty hair, and he looked all pretty in the ending... but I suppose you don't care much about how I think Ukitake is pretty, right. Yes. On to the episode. Woot! Anti-Ichi in the next episode. Anti-Ichi is awesome. And a Hollow. But that's irrelevant. Actually, the real Ichi is better; Anti-Ichi is kinda creepy-lookin'. But maybe that's because he's lonely - he lives inside Ichigo's mind with nothing but Zangetsu for company... so... yeah. But now I've completely lost the topic. Oh well...
Oh, completely unrelated topid: I have the lyrics for all the songs from the Bleach Beats Collection Ichigo version - although listenign to most of those songs is so painful that no one probably wants the lyrics (I have a friend who was brought to tears by it...literally :S). I'll be posting them sooner or later, whenever I type them up... although I can't really gaurantee the accuracy of Tattoos on the Sky... it was so hard to listen to that I just fudged it in a few spots so I wouldn't have to spend so much time listening to it :S

Ukitake has two swords? Oh! I wanna see! And let me guess, that's a heck of a long ways off. They always seem to be. But at least the length of BLEACH means that we'll get to see lots and lots of prettiness and other great stuff like that.
I loved the Ukitake ending. It was just so pretty . . . That music was truly awful. Well, not the music, but Ichigo's singing sure was! That was simply "Owwww . . ." Zangetsu has the potential to be either very good company, very bad company, or company that could quite possibly get angry with you very, very quickly and kill you with little effort. I guess it depends on the person who is with him and how annoying they are. Anti-Ichi is pretty cool-looking. +^_^+
Oh, and when do Uryu and Orihime get captured? And is that when they steal Shinigami outfits? And who do they steal them from? Or do they just go into somebody's room and sneak them out of their closet? Yeesh, those two could just trade clothing and not have a problem with it. Abnormally thin Quincy. (I almost typed "Quincey," which is the name of one of the characters in the original Dracula.) I think Uryu should just learn to use his own energy the way Soul Reapers do as well as re-learn his Quincy powers, because then he could be both! Would that mean a new outfit for him would be grey? Uryu and Nanao should switch places for a day and see if anyone notices. +^_^+ That'd be funny.

It'll be awhile before Quincy Archer and Orihime are caught, and yes, that is after they steal shinigami outfits. And after Mayuri kicks QA's butt (poor Quincy Archer...).
I think if Orihime and Quincy Archer traded outfits, Orihime's clothes would be too big on him -_-' He's freakishly thin.
Yeah, I'd like to see Quincy Archer and Nanao switch. Problem is, Shunsui would probably figure it out in six seconds. You know how he is about his "lovely Nanao" ... they could probably convince everybody else, though. But only if Quincy Archer could sound like a woman. He's certainly thin enough to be one...
Oh, and, um, Redheaded Being, if you paid attention in that Ukitake ending, you would have seen his two swords... but it'll be awhile before they show up in the anime itself.
Speaking of what's coming up in the anime, what's the deal with Yoruichi in the preview of episode 41? She looked like she had PURPLE hair. What's the deal with that?
And also, I would like to take this moment to hate the new ending. Houki Boshi kicks the sorry butt of Happy People...

Poor Uryu. *Huggles* We should let one of Mayuri's experiments kill him. He stole Kisuke's job. And he's wacked. But besides all that, I think his makeup is sufficient reason to beat the crap out of him. I wonder what he looks like without all that?
Orihime's shirts would definately be too big for him. But my point was just that he's way too thin, especially in the anime. I mean, at least in the manga he had some substance, but he gets to look like a twig in the anime.
Do you think Uryu and Nanao might be related? Maybe she's his mom. Or grandparent, since they seem to age slower than normal in Soul Society. That'd be weird.
I MISSED THE SWORDS!? *Cries* I must have been to busy staring at his pretty hair . . . Drat. Oh well! We'll get to see them eventually!
And, just for the record, Hitsugaya is not the love child of Ichigo and Ichimaru Gin. What kind of name is Gin anyways!? What type of drugs were his parents on!?
I don't know what's wrong with Yoruichi's hair, but you know how they like to change the colors of some things. *CoughGojyo'shaircough* Maybe they thought she would look cooler with purple hair or something. or maybe it was originally black with prple highlights, and soemone just decided to do it purple instead. Blah. Stupid people.
Yes, I know, it's AWFUL. +X.x+'

Personally, I think it would be nice if Nemu killed Mayuri in his sleep one cold night... but whatever...
It's possible that Quincy Archer and Nano could be related, however, if they are, they would probably be related distantly enough that they would never have seen each other, or else they would have gone "Hey! I know you!" sometime in Soul Society... Parent/grandparent is unlikely...
Yes, we know that Hitsugaya is not the secret love child of Ichi and Ichimaru... he just looks like he could be.

Oh gosh, that poor girl should kill him. All the abuse she's taken ... Yeesh.
... We had the family of Nanao and Uryu worked out one time, and I wrote it down, but I'm not sure where I put it. But they've got to be related. Maybe Uryu's mom ha a miscarriage at one point, and the- fetus went to soul society, grew up, and became Nanao? That's the craziest reason I've come up with for awhile.
NO! *Twitches* That's just so wrong ...

Yeah. Oh, by the way, I finally figured out what Mayuri looks like without his mask and stuff. He has no ears, by the way. And he looks vaguely as if he could be Aizen Sousuke's ugly younger brother. They do share a similar love of cruel experimentation.
That is a thoroughly strange idea, Redheaded Being. Not to mention that aging takes place more slowly in SS, so if that were true, Nanao would be like three years old or something.
