It's not my greatest. Basically a reference image for a fan comic I'm working on. Constructive criticism welcomed ;D EDIT: Instead of making different topics for everything, I just decided to post all my s-CRY-ed fan stuff here

It's good! I really like how expressive her face is.
What program do you use to color? (read: is your paint program capable of layering art?). Your lineart wouldn't be compromised if you put it on a separate multiply layer, or a mask layer (the former being the simplest solution). Then you could just color underneath it and show off your lineart as well. ^.^

Thanks I use PSPX to color my art presently. Thankyou for the tip <3

You're welcome ^^
Yeah, then definitely use the extra layers. It'll up the file size a bit, but it's worth it because the result is a much smoother coloring job.

I should hit myself for double-posting (bad Asuka! Bad! *whap*), but I want to make sure you see it ^^'
Do you mind if I add this to Drastic's fanart gallery in my next fanart roundup, due to occur whenever I manage to complete my latest piece (probably next week, maybe a little sooner)?

Yay! Of course you can! Here's another fan art I did. It's not meant to be dirty...but somehow...it just...ended...up that way? I tried that thing you suggested, doing the coloring on a different layer and I think that the coloring turned out pretty good! I don't like the picture though...lol *contemplates cutting Ryuho out*

Thanks! ^^
It doesn't look dirty to me! It's pretty and romantic and such. And it's a definite improvement from your last piece; the lineart looks so much nicer now. ^.^ I like the washed-out effects with Mimori's face, and the pattern in the bg. It would have been easier to recognize Ryuhou if his hair were green, but that might have clashed with the color scheme. Not sure I'm as fond of the shading on Ryuhou's face (his cheek looks a little odd), but overall it's very pretty ^^
Don't cut Ryuhou out; it's fine as it is.

Thankyou <3 Yes, the moldy green would have ruined the mood of the picture D; And, his cheek is weird, as is his skin color >_< My first Scryed AMV www.youtube.com/watch?v=UwRkQbGA1V8

Skin color isn't bad, actually, it's just the shading that seems off.
I did enjoy that AMV, although I a) hate YouTube and b) think it seemed like the theme was a little bit lacking in solidarity (that's just my opinion, mind you, I probably missed something blatantly obvious to the rest of the world -.-'). But the effects were very nicely done, and you made good use of those quick snips of footage to display what each character was thinking. It contained some very poignant ( <-- I find that word impossible to pronounce) moments, and wasn't too flashy or overdone. Good music choice, too, although I'm not familiar with the song. ... I so need to find a way to get an AMV section for Drastic. I just don't have the bandwidth to put up such huge files on my server (... and said server doesn't allow music or video files...)

Welcome ^^
I'd rather use a storage thing like filefront to host it than leech off of a random website, honestly. That said... are there even enough AMVs out there to warrant a page for it? I've only ever seen a few...
