So, having returned from my lovely trip to the Bahamas, I must now share all of the bad art I generated while I was there.
Starting with the scribbles, stick figures, thumbnails, doodles, and concept sketches, etc.
I invested all of ten minutes in this, probably, so it qualifies as a doodle in my book. I'mnot sure exactly wht it is, hough. Probably the deranged love child of Nessie and a moray eel. Maybe.
This was a sort-of concept scribble for an picture of a dragoness in a dress. Which you could probably tell from the picture. I probably won't use it anytime soon; I don't really like the idea now that it's on paper.
Thought processes on a piece of paper. I suck at drawing men. I used one of the little stick-figure poses for an illustration further down on this post. I keep these sorts of things mostly for references if I'm trying to design something. Which is rare. Mostly it's just a waste of paper.
Onwards to the bad "art":
This is quite easily the worst rendition of Scheris I have ever made in my entire life. It may quite possibly be the worst rendition of anything I have ever drawn in my life. Again, I ceased caring because I was half asleep on an airplane, bored out of my mind, and we were landing soon.
This was done in a restaurant. I a pretty sure heads don't normally do that, but I ceased caring when the waitress asked me if I was drawing Anna Nicole Smith. For the record, I care very little about celebrities. I know the palm tree is ill-proportioned.
This rendition of my handwas from the airplane. I was bored, as usual. I felt like playing around with shading. I drew my hand. Also ill-proportioned, though not as badly so as the palm tree.
And the Not-As-Bad Art:
I drew... a coconut. There are a lot of these in the Bahamas. This one was named Frederick. My sister found him on the beach. I stole him and drew him.
This is... actually, I haven't named her yet. Arbol told me that she looked like "some sort of weird sex demon" to which I replied, "you mean a succubus?" and she said, "I guess." After which I pointed out that she was a dragon-girl like Arra, not a demon, and that pretty much ended that conversation. But Arbol insisted I draw her in some sort of relatively sexy outfit. I compromised a little, I didn't want to make her look like a stripper. Seriously rethinking the flaming sword, though, fire dragon aside. I dunno.
The only one I intend to color is the last, which I might ink today if I get bored. Mostly I'm hungry right now.
I have a bunch of photos from vacation, too. Check my livejournal for links to those, or my deviantArt account for some of the better ones.
