As I said, I colored the doodle of the random demon dude from when I was on vacation. He's a little less creepy now that his eyes are colored, but he's still weird looking. Oh well. Might go color the dragon next...

It looks like he sees something shiny.

Perhaps. Maybe it's like tootsie pops - the world may never know (Actually, it's more like I don't care enough because I put no effort into the entire production of the piece, so I don't give a flying damn over what he's looking at:P gods, I'm such a bum.)

I still think you were chanelling Dokugakuji when you drew this. Also, his collarbones are really screwed up. The dip in the center is much too large, and the bones themselves are too high on his shoulders.

I always draw collarbones like that ^^ It makes me happy, so nyeh! One of these days, I'll get around to fixing my collarbone issues. They're just some of my favorite bones to draw, so I tend to... exaggerate. oo

I know you do, and they are pretty bones, but the way you draw them is all wrong for reasons I have already stated. And unless I or someone else bothers you about how you draw things, if you like it, you'll never change it. Therefore, I am doing you a service in pestering you about the incorrect way you draw them. Exaggerate all you like, just get it right.

Nyeh. "Exaggerate all you like, just get it right?" Are you aware of how oxymoronic that is?

I am an oxymoron. And you can exaggerate things and get them right at the same time. You can use shading, highlights, lighting of the piece... All sorts of things.

The very point of exaggeration is that it stretches/warps the truth, or reality, to the point that it is recognizeable but certainly not "right" or "correct." nyeh.
