During one of my random bouts of doddling the past three days, I drew a wing and inked it, just for the heck of it. And in the middle of a minor bout of insomnia last night, I managed to color it. This is obviously not a finished work, nor is it even particularly good. Just a doodle colored to kill time - it's pink because I know I don't use pink very often, and I wanted to get some practice in with that range of colors. ...Actually, I'm still trying to figure out why I posted this o.0

You're posting it because it's your artwork and it's your board, so why not?
Oh, and you typed "doddling" instead of doodling.

But it's not really artwork, it's... practice. *nods*
I'm aware. But, seeing as I'm far too lazy to actually correct my typos, I have now concluded that "doddling" is a form of doodling designed to waste time unproductively.

It's practice artwork, therefore, it is still artwork, just done in a practice-y manner.
That's what doodling is, you silly, lazy bum.

Not necesarrily, doodling can be productive as well. Sometimes artists doodle to generate ideas, for example. This is just an I-was-bored thing.

There are many types of doodling. This is an 'I-was-bored' doodle, but it's still a doodle.
